It was our last week at LIST for this school year! It’s been a great year, but it has flown by; of course, I am really looking forward to the summer session where there is no homework, and I have more freedom in the lessons I teach the students. I’m thinking lots of science, art, and maybe even some music and geography. We’ve had more sign ups this week for our summer session, and we’ve got a good group of students, it will be a great time!
We also had our LIST Art Class last Saturday. The students were able to do some sculpting. As with most of the art projects we’ve done, it took the students a few minutes to imagine what they could sculpt, but once they got going, they had some really creative ideas. One student even used the decorative beads as drops of water in his miniature mug! To check out pictures, click here!
Since we will be closed until August, this will be my last blog until then; take care all!
